Particularly for Government and community based groups, we offer a stakeholder engagement and/or consultation service as part of our wider project management / strategic advisory services. Our consultation services target both internal and external stakeholder groups, in order to convert potential 'wish lists' into justifiable and deliverable project outcomes.
The consultation process often involves an application and blending of specific and critical political and / or technical project requirements.
